How do I cancel my subscription?
First, login to your Teamotionstea.com account to be taken to your subscription dashboard.
Once in the dashboard, locate the 'More' button. Click it to open a menu. Select 'Cancel.'
A confirmation page will appear letting you know the subscription has been cancelled.
How do I change my subscription delivery date or edit my frequency?
First, login to your Teamotionstea.com account to be taken to your subscription dashboard.
To edit delivery date: Once in the dashboard, locate the "Next order date" button to change your delivery date.
To edit order frequency: Once in the dashboard, locate the "More" button to edit your frequency.
A calendar will pop-up where you can edit delivery date and frequency. After changes are made, select 'Confirm or Apply.'
Can I add a non-subscription product (or products) to my next subscription shipment?
Yes! You will also receive 10% off each item add-on.
First, login to your Teamotionstea.com account to be taken to your subscription dashboard.
Once in the dashboard, locate the 'You Might Also Like' area. Scroll through to find the product(s) you'd like to add.
Can I put my subscription on hold?
While you cannot place your subscription order on hold, you can edit the frequency of the subscription or change the order delivery date any time.
To edit delivery date: Once in the dashboard, locate the "Next order date" button to change your delivery date.
To edit order frequency: Once in the dashboard, locate the "More" button to edit your frequency.
A calendar will pop-up where you can edit delivery date and frequency. After changes are made, select 'Confirm or Apply.'
How do I update my subscription payment method?
First, login to your Teamotionstea.com account to be taken to your subscription dashboard.
Once in the dashboard, locate the Billing area. Click the 'edit' button next to the Billing area.
A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your request.
What are the subscription billing terms of service?
When you purchase a recurring subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Your subscription will automatically renew and your credit card will be charged the then-current regular price of the product less 25% (plus tax) at the renewal interval selected on each line item until you cancel your subscription (prices subject to change).
Note: First purchases may be eligible for on site promotions so you may receive a discount greater on your initial order. All reoccurring orders are 25% off MSRP.
