How do I skip a month?
From your account, go to Manage Subscription and hit "Skip next order." You can skip one shipment or several in a row. Just do it before your next order is scheduled to ship.
Can I swap teas between shipments?
Yes — any time, as often as you want. Your subscription isn't locked to one set of teas. Go into your account, swap what you've got, and your next shipment will reflect your changes.
How do I cancel?
One link, from your account. No phone calls, no retention quizzes, no hoops. If subscription isn't working for you, we'd rather you just buy one-time when you need it.
When am I charged?
Your first charge is at checkout. After that, you're charged on your cadence — every 1, 2, or 3 months, based on what you chose. You'll get an email reminder a few days before each order so nothing catches you off guard.
Can I use a discount code with my subscription?
No — subscription pricing is already 25% off, and it's our lowest price. Promo codes apply to one-time orders.
