Due to popular demand, we may sell out of a product. If the product you are looking at says it is "sold out," it means we currently do not have any in stock or available for sale. 

Can I still get a Starter Set or Welcome Kit if it says "SOLD OUT"? Yes! However, it will be minus any teas or products we are currently sold out of. We are happy to modify the products and price of any set or kit to be reflective of the products we are sold out of. If you are interested in ordering a modified Set or Kit, please email us at support@teamotionstea.com and we will be happy to help.

How will I know when a product is back in stock? If you are on our email list, we will send an email as soon as the product comes back in stock.  (We currently expect Seek Peace and Enjoy Rest to be back in stock July 2024)

 My subscription contains a sold-out product, do I need to do anything? No. As soon as the product is back in stock, it will automatically be added back to your subscription. 

Yes! We take great pride in offering teas of the highest quality. All of our tea blends are crafted using certified organic ingredients. 

Yes, our teas are gluten-free and suitable for individuals with gluten sensitivities.

However, we'd like to provide you with important information regarding a specific ingredient, Oatstraw. While oats themselves are naturally gluten-free, Oatstraw may come into contact with gluten due to its proximity to wheat fields during the growing and processing stages. Although the likelihood of cross-contamination is minimal, we want to be transparent, especially if you have a severe allergy or Celiac disease. We recommend exercising caution if you fall into these categories. 

Yes, with the exception of our Have Hope blend. We add white chocolate curls to that blend which do contain dairy.

Yes, of course! Teamotions teas work synergistically with each other. Drinking more than one cup or type of tea a day will increase their benefits. We recommend drinking 3 cups of Teamotions per day!

Yes, Teamotions teas are delicious cold or iced! You will still receive the health benefits whether the tea is consumed hot or cold.

For a delicious cup of iced tea, we recommend the cold brew method. For every 8oz of room temperature water add 1 perfect tea scoop of tea in a pitcher or carafe. Place pitcher/carafe in the refrigerator and leave for 3-4 hours or overnight. Strain and enjoy!

If kept in a cool, dry, dark place (like a cupboard) our tea will last 24 months. We blend tea every month, so you are always guaranteed fresh tea! We also put an expiration date sticker on each product.

Yes. We blended our teas to be safe to consume while pregnant and/or breastfeeding*.

The natural flavors in our tea are just that - flavors that have been extracted from natural origins and blended with our tea. 

Natural flavors have to be composed of all natural essences and/or components that impart taste and aroma that are distilled or extracted from the actual fruit, vegetable, plant, herb or nut itself.

And since these substances are not proteins they are all allergen and GMO free!

The flavoring in our teas comprise a very small fraction of the ingredients. Only about 1/2 teaspoon of flavoring is used per pound of tea.

sugar (50.5%), cocoa butter (23.5%), whole milk powder (12.75%), skimmed milk powder (12.75%), soy lecithin (>1%), natural vanilla extract (>1%).
