For as long as I can remember I’ve always had a curiosity about natural and holistic healing. However, it wasn’t until a pivotal moment in my life that truly ignited my purpose.
In 2008, a tragedy struck our family—my sister Rachel lost her twin baby daughters. The emotional toll was unimaginable, and Rachel, once vibrant and outgoing, became a shell of herself.
We realized that modern solutions to emotional health issues like stress, depression, and anxiety weren't enough. And I knew I had to do something!

This realization sparked an idea, to create a product that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.

And thus, Teamotions was born—a line of wellness teas, blended with adaptogen herbs, aimed at supporting your emotional health.
We spent a year and a half meticulously crafting our blends, ensuring every ingredient was purposeful and every sip therapeutic and delicious.
