SHIPPING Associate

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Shipping Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Shipping Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of our products to customers. Your main responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping finished goods from our warehouse. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
-Picking and Packing: Accurately select products from warehouse inventory based on order sheets. Carefully pack items to prevent damage during transit, ensuring products are securely and efficiently packaged.
-Shipping: Process shipping orders, label packages, and arrange for the transportation of goods. Utilize our shipping software and tools to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery.
-Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or damages before packing. Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards.
-Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized and clean. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
-Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to optimize the shipping process.

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent.
-Previous experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse role is preferred but not necessary.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software.

Pay
-Starts at $16.00/hour. $17.00 after training is complete (30 days) (This is a 1099 position)
