Job Type: Full-time, Temporary. April-July. 35 hours/wk. M-F, 9am-4pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Shipping Associate to join our team. This is a temporary, entry-level position with opportunities to grow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for printing and organizing packing slips, picking and packing orders, and ensuring timely shipping. While previous experience in shipping is a plus, we are primarily looking for candidates who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Print and organize packing slips for each order to ensure accuracy.

Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requests and packing instructions.

Ensure all items are securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.

Ship orders quickly and efficiently, using the appropriate shipping methods.

Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure smooth order fulfillment processes.

Assist with inventory management and inventory restocking as needed.

Communicate with team members to address any issues or discrepancies related to orders.

Perform additional tasks to support fulfillment operations as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in shipping, order fulfillment, or warehouse environments is a plus but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.

Basic computer skills to print packing slips and process orders.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and accuracy.

Pay and Benefits:

$17.50/hr

1099 position
