Our Passionfruit Coconut Fizz recipe is everything you want in a summer drink: rich coconut, fruity passionfruit, and just the right amount of sparkling fizz!

Passionfruit Coconut Fizz

Ingredients:
- Find Strength tea (prepared with the cold brew method!)
- Passionfruit juice
- Coconut sparkling water
- Optional: Frozen passionfruit juice cubes
The night before:
- Prepare your Find Strength tea using the cold brew method. You can make as much or as little as you want, depending on whether you plan to make just one drink or an entire pitcher!
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Add equal parts tea, passionfruit juice, and coconut sparkling water.
- Stir and add in passionfruit cubes if desired! Enjoy!
Where to Find the Ingredients
For the coconut sparkling water, we used Coconut La Croix! You should be able to find that at most mainstream stores. Any sparkling coconut water will do, so use whatever you can find!
Passionfruit juice, on the other hand, can be a little tough to find at your regular grocery store! There are several options at specialty food stores, like Cost Plus World Market, and international markets.
Our favorite brands for passionfruit juice are Hawaiian Sun (great for making just a few glasses) and Ceres (perfect for making bigger batches).
As for the passionfruit juice cubes, you can usually find those at Whole Foods!
