Why I created Teamotions

I just wanted to help my sister feel better.

I’m Crystal, and my sister Rachel and I created Teamotions after she lost her twin baby daughters, Ellie and Aubrey. In the months that followed, I watched grief affect more than her heart. It showed up in her energy, her sleep, her focus, and the way she moved through each day.
