Ingredients to Cultivate Joy
1. Green Tea and Oolong Tea: A Strong Combination
The base of Discover Joy is a blend of green tea and oolong tea. Both teas are natural antidepressants and offer mild stimulation to give you the energy to face the day.
They are also high in antioxidants, which can work to improve your mood and nourish your brain.
2. Green Rooibos for Nutrients
Happiness and physical health are closely related. Not only are we happier when we’re healthy, but we’re also healthier when we’re happy! A positive mood helps your immune system stay strong and thriving.
So we wanted our tea to offer plenty of nutrients to help you stay physically well. Green rooibos is a South African herb high in nutrients and minerals. It contains iron, magnesium, potassium, fluoride, manganese, zinc, calcium, and vitamin C to keep you strong, sharp, and healthy.
3. Lemongrass for the Lungs
Lung health and a positive mood also go hand in hand. When you feel stressed or worried, it makes it harder to regulate breathing and remove carbon dioxide.
Once we found that out, we knew that we needed to include an ingredient that would help promote lung health. We chose lemongrass, which supports the pulmonary system and reduces mucus for better breathing.

On top of that, ashwagandha reduces fatigue and inflammation. It is considered one of the most powerful and important healing herbs in India.
6. Oatstraw for Relief
Oatstraw relieves anxiety and reduces stress. It also alleviates depression, grief, fear, and exhaustion.
It also contains high amounts of calcium, magnesium, zinc, and the B vitamins, boosting the nervous system and improving your body’s response to stress.
