Shipping policy

Thank you for your order, we appreciate your business!  To help things go smoothly and to get your order out correctly and in a timely manner, we ask that once your order has been submitted, it cannot be changed in any way.  If you feel that you have made a mistake or there is an error with your order please contact us at support@teamotionstea.com.

Orders that have been placed on the website M-F will be processed immediately or up to 2-3* business days after submission.

*Please note that Order Processing and Time in Transit are not the same.

Order Processing is the time it takes for your order to be processed and boxed up at our warehouse.

Time in Transit is the amount of time the shipping service you choose will take to deliver to your door. 

First Class mail has a transit time of 1-5 days

Priority Mail has a transit time of 2-3 days

UPS Ground has a transit time of 3-5 days

*During peak seasons and holidays, orders may take up to 10 business days to be processed. We try exceptionally hard to process all orders within 48 business hours.

**Teamotions has the right to change the shipping method to UPS if it is in the best interest of the company.
