More Coconut is Better
When you love coconut as much as we do, you know that a stronger coconut flavor is always better! That’s why the base of our Thai Coconut Chai Iced Tea is our very own Seek Peace, a coconut chai blend that offers complexity, sweetness, and creaminess.
For this recipe, you’ll be preparing Seek Peace with our cold brew method, doubling the strength for added flavor!
Combine that with coconut cream (or coconut milk if you prefer something a little less rich) and sweetened condensed milk and you have the ideal comfort drink waiting for you!

Ingredients:
- Teamotions Seek Peace Coconut Chai Tea (Prepared double strength)
- Coconut Cream (or coconut milk)
- 3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- Ice
Directions:
Cold Steep 2 cups of Teamotions Seek Peace Coconut Chai Tea double strength by placing 4 scoops (4 rounded teaspoons) in 2 cups of water. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Strain out wet leaves and set prepared tea aside. Fill a tall glass with 3 Tbsp sweetened condensed milk, topped with ice. Pour coconut cream halfway up the glass. Fill the glass the rest of the way with Seek Peace Tea. Serve with a long spoon or straw so it can be stirred up.
Resist the Urge to Pre-Stir
Thai tea is as beautiful as it is delicious! A big part of the serving appeal is the way the coconut and tea create a cloudy layer. If you’re entertaining, make sure to let your guests stir so they can witness the beauty in the cup!
