The $29 New Customer Special and the refill subscription go together, so checkout enrolls you in both. There is no commitment attached to it. Your first refill does not ship until 14 days after your purchase, we will email you before it ships, and you can switch teas, skip a month, or cancel anytime from your account. (All shipments after that are 30 day intervals.)
Thirty servings in all, five of each blend. It is sized to help you find your favorites rather than to last forever, which is exactly what the refills are for. Once you know which blends you reach for, your refill arrives in a full-size pouch.
Three blends are caffeine free: Seek Peace, Have Hope, and Enjoy Rest. Achieve Clarity has about 50mg a cup, roughly half a cup of coffee. Discover Joy and Find Strength have about 25mg each, from a green tea base. The mix is deliberate, so you have something for the morning and something for the evening.
All of it happens in your account. You pick which blend you want and can change it before any shipment, skip a month whenever you need to, or cancel outright. We email you before every refill ships, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
