The ritual

Three teas. Three moments. One ritual.

Teamotions was designed around a simple idea: a cup in the morning, a cup in the afternoon, a cup before bed. Three moments to check in with yourself, three opportunities for the adaptogens to build in your body, three chances to come home to something steady. Pick teas that match the rhythm of your day — something bright for mornings, something grounding for midday, something calming for evenings. Or pick three of whatever feels right. There's no wrong way to build a ritual.

☀️ Morning

Bright teas to start clear and awake.

Try Achieve Clarity, Discover Joy, or Find Strength

⛅️ Afternoon

Steady teas to carry you through.

Try Find Strength, Seek Peace or Have Hope

🌙 Evening

Calming teas to wind you down.

Try Seek Peace, Have Hope or Enjoy Rest

Questions?

How do I skip a shipment?

Sign in to your account, go to Subscriptions, and click Skip on the shipment you want to pause. You can skip as many shipments as you want — one month, three months, a full year. Your subscription stays active; the next shipment just arrives on the next scheduled date after your skip.

How do I swap teas between shipments?

From your account, edit your subscription and swap any tea for another. Changes apply to your next shipment. You can rotate through all six teas over time, or keep the same three every month — whatever fits your ritual.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, go to Subscriptions, and click Cancel. That's it — no phone calls, no retention offers, no hoops. If you change your mind later, you can restart from the same place.

When will my next shipment arrive?

Your first shipment ships within 1-2 business days of ordering. After that, your next shipment ships on the same date of each month (or every 2 or 3 months, depending on your cadence). You'll get an email reminder before each shipment.

Can I change my delivery cadence?

Yes — switch between every 1, 2, or 3 months any time from your account. The change applies to your next shipment.

Can I use a discount code on my subscription?

Subscription is already priced at 25% off one-time, so discount codes don't stack with it. If you want to use a code, choose the one-time option instead — codes stack normally there.
