We recommend three intentional cups throughout the day, giving you multiple opportunities to pause, check in, and choose what you need in that moment.
No.
Teamotions is designed for everyday emotional wellness.
You can use the teas proactively to cultivate how you want to feel, or responsively when you notice you need more support.
We recommend three intentional cups throughout the day, based on what you need. Some days you’ll want more, some days fewer.
Think of each cup as another opportunity to check in with yourself.
Not at all.
We’ve already done the formulation work.
You simply ask: What do I need right now?
Then choose the tea with that name.
Achieve Clarity has about 50 mg of natural caffeine per cup, Find Strength about 25 mg and Discover Joy about 20 mg.
Seek Peace, Have Hope and Enjoy Rest are caffeine-free, so they’re ideal for the evening.
Yes. We blended our teas to be safe to consume while pregnant and/or breastfeeding.
We are not doctors and cannot provide medical advice, so please always ask your doctor before consuming our teas.
Yes, of course! Teamotions teas work synergistically with each other. We recommend drinking 3 cups of Teamotions per day.
Yes! We take great pride in offering teas of the highest quality. All of our tea blends are crafted using certified organic ingredients.
Yes, our teas are gluten-free and suitable for individuals with gluten sensitivities.
One note on Oatstraw: while oats themselves are naturally gluten-free, Oatstraw may come into contact with gluten due to its proximity to wheat fields during growing and processing. The likelihood of cross-contamination is minimal, but if you have a severe allergy or Celiac disease, we recommend exercising caution.
Yes, with the exception of Have Hope. We add white chocolate curls to that blend, which contain dairy.
Those curls are made from sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, soy lecithin and natural vanilla extract.
Yes, Teamotions teas are delicious cold or iced, and you still receive the benefits whether the tea is hot or cold.
For iced tea, we recommend cold brewing: add 1 perfect tea scoop for every 8 oz of room-temperature water, refrigerate for 3–4 hours or overnight, then strain and enjoy.
The natural flavors in our tea are just that: flavors extracted from natural origins, like the actual fruit, plant, herb or nut, and blended with our tea.
They’re allergen and GMO free, and they make up a very small fraction of the ingredients, only about ½ teaspoon per pound of tea.
Kept in a cool, dry, dark place like a cupboard, our tea lasts 24 months. We blend tea every month, so it always arrives fresh, and every product has an expiration date sticker.
St. John’s Wort (in Have Hope) may interact with SSRIs and MAOIs. If you take medication, check with your doctor first.
Not at all. It takes about the same time as a tea bag, with a lot more flavor.
Loose leaf gives the whole herbs, petals and spices room to open up, so you get the full taste and the full blend in every cup.
1. Scoop one perfect tea scoop into a fill-yourself tea bag or infuser.
2. Add 8 oz of hot water.
3. Steep 3–5 minutes, remove the leaves and enjoy.
Prefer it iced? Cold brew it in the fridge for 3–4 hours or overnight.
Just a mug and something to hold the leaves: a fill-yourself tea bag, an infuser or a teapot with a strainer.
Don’t have any yet? After you add your collection, you’ll have the option to add a brewing kit with everything you need for your first cup.
