We haven’t forgotten that purpose. It’s been our guiding light as we have created each tea, built a quality process, and, of course, selected each ingredient.
That’s why Teamotions teas consist of a small but mighty ingredient list. We put a lot of thought, effort, and research into the creation of each tea, and each ingredient plays a key role!
It’s also important to us that our customers understand the why behind our ingredients, so they can rest easily knowing that each sip is packed with goodness, wholesomeness, and purpose!

When we set out to create Achieve Clarity, we knew we wanted a tea that promoted focus, mental well-being, and concentration—a tea that brought the same cognitive benefits as coffee but without the jittery side effects!
So we needed to find out what could cultivate that clarity. Research led us to discover the backbone ingredients we needed!

Black Tea to Stimulate and Calm
We chose black tea as the base of this blend due to both its high antioxidant level and its caffeine component. With 50 milligrams of caffeine (about half of a cup of coffee), it sharpens mental focus and concentration.
While the caffeine provides the short-term clarity needed to move through the day, the antioxidants offer long-term mental benefits, fighting oxidative stress that can slow our brains and bodies down.
But possibly the best part of black tea is that it also contains L-theanine, which produces a calm feeling. That’s why this tea is so powerful—it gives the mental stimulation and a sense of tranquility, allowing the brain to reach true clarity.
Licorice Root to Battle Fatigue
Licorice root is a Chinese adaptogen herb used throughout history to fight off fatigue (both mental and physical). It also boosts immunity (after all, nothing keeps us from clarity like illness!)
We chose this ingredient because everyone deserves the energy and mental stimulation to move through the day.
Holy Basil for Balance
Also known as Tulsi, Holy Basil hails from India, and is often thought of as one of India’s most powerful herbs.
It promotes balance, calms your nerves, sharpens your memory, and helps your body adapt to stress. (It’s no wonder it’s thought of as so powerful!)
Holy basil is essentially a stimulant for the mind, waking it up and improving function without stimulating the body.
Lavender: for More than Just Taste/Scent
A sip of Achieve Clarity proves that lavender contributes to taste. But it does more than that! It also promotes a feeling of calmness, soothing your mind and body, and alleviates anxiety.
Lavender also aids in sleep and relaxation, which is crucial for clarity in your life.

We combined these powerful herbs and ingredients into Achieve Clarity, a blend that helps lift away what doesn’t matter so we can focus on the light, on our priorities, and what truly matters!
